Lawrenceville Lofts was an early collaboration with the Urban Redevelopment Association, and commercial firm JMAC Architects. The property sits on a prominent corner at the start of Pittsburgh’s busiest neighborhood, Lawrenceville.  Two story loft units with mosaic window walls sit over a minimalist brick base, creating a complimentary relationship between traditional and modern sensibilities. Twelve residential units, three commercial spaces, and a parking garage all set within a tight traditional urban fabric are both the challenges and opportunity for design DNA in multi-program urban projects.
